We’re Rogue Forum
A forum is a peer group for people at the top of their game – or striving to get there.
Most of us lack the meaningful relationships we need to elevate and enhance our lives. At Rogue Forum (RF), we solve this by introducing you to a peer group of 5-10 individuals who will challenge you, support you, and help you elevate every aspect of your life.
A forum is a completely confidential environment (a ‘sacred space’) where you forge profound relationships based on trust and sincerity. This isn’t small talk; it’s about sharing the most pivotal 5%—your personal, professional, and relational triumphs and challenges—that you would only disclose to those you deeply trust, and know have your best interests in mind.
Joining a forum requires commitment. This includes initial forum training, interviews with potential forums, and high-value monthly meetings lasting about 2.5-3 hours each. Your and fellow members’ time is extremely valuable, which is why attendance, punctuality and preparedness for forum are essential, as well as participation in a powerful annual forum retreat (learn more here: how forums work).
Persons who participate in forum often describe it as the most professionally transformative and relationally impactful experience of their lives, often leading to profound life improvement, and lifelong friendships and deep connections.
To find you your ‘ideal forum,’ we evaluate your goals, strengths, and preferences across more than ten dimensions. This ensures we match you with a group where you will be both inspired and challenged by members who have accomplished more than you in certain areas of life, and also able to offer meaningful contributions to others in the group.
