Forums are 100% confidential peer groups where members build profound relationships based on trust and sincerity.

You will learn about forums in-depth during your official forum training. Below is a brief primer.

Meeting Structure

During each forum meeting, members come prepared to share updates about the best and worst 5% of their personal, relational/familial, and professional lives. This environment is free of pretense and masks; what is shared remains within the group.

In addition, each meeting, 1-2 designated members present a detailed “deep dive” into a personal or professional issue or challenge. Prior to the meeting, these members work with a ‘coach’ (another forum member) to thoroughly examine their situation, and identify/distill the core challenge. After sharing their ‘deep dive’, the group engages in a structured dialogue, first with questions, then with sharing experiences (rather than giving advice), offering personal insights that relate to the topic discussed.

Forum Constitution

Each forum operates under a unique constitution that outlines the group’s focus, customs, culture, and rules.

Forum Characteristics

Diverse Focus

Forums cater to various demographics, including entrepreneurs, executives, and those in a spectrum of life stages. Topics range from career growth and financial success to personal relationships and health, offering a comprehensive 360-degree view of each member’s life.

Culture & Benefits

Despite their diversity, forums share common traits: a mask-free environment for sharing life’s extremes, strict confidentiality, and punctuality. Forums not only foster powerful, lifelong friendships but also provide a unique support system that profoundly impacts members’ lives.
